Deep Breathing

Helping ourselves and our children regulate allows us to make meaningful connections. As a grownup, if you are not regulated, you cannot regulate your child. Take a few minutes to focus on your breathing and your mindset. Set good intentions and take a few deep breaths in and be very purposeful and in control of how many seconds you breathe in, hold long you hold your breath, and how long you blow out (release).  Click on the picture to the left to play our coaching video to develop this skill.
